    OnCall IVR Deployment Guide

    This guide provides detailed information about the installation process of the OnCall IVR Engine component and the OnCall IVR Designer comprising Geomant's OnCall IVR solution.

    Audience

    This document provides a detailed guide for system engineers and IT support personnel responsible for deployment and configuration prior to setting the components in operation.

    This includes the following actions:

    • assuring the prerequisites are met for an OnCall IVR Engine and Designer software deployment in the customer's environment
    • deploying the IVR Engine and IVR Designer as part of the OnCall IVR software suite
    • configuring the IVR Engine and IVR Designer as per the business requirements established as part of a deployment project scope and according to customer requests
    • and the daily operational maintenance, health-check and administration of both the IVR Engine and IVR Designer

    • The OnCall IVR software bundle as IVR
    • The OnCall IVR Administration website as the IVR Admin or IVR Administration
    • The web service interface of the OnCall IVR Administration website as the IVRWS
