The purpose of the OnCall IVR Engine Deployment Guide is to provide detailed information about the installation process of the OnCall IVR Engine component of Geomant's OnCall IVR solution.

Audience

This document provides a detailed guide for system engineers and IT support personnel responsible for deployment and configuration prior to setting the components in operation.

This includes the following actions:

  • assuring the prerequisites are met for a OnCall IVR Engine deployment in the customer's environment
  • deploying the IVR Engine as part of the OnCall IVR software suite
  • configuring the IVR Engine as per the business requirements established as part of a deployment project scope and according to customer requests
  • and the daily operational maintenance, health-check and administration of the IVR Engine
