OData Stream
Buzzeasy provides access to reporting data through an industry standard OData interface. You can build your reports using the tools of your chouice and/or you can integrated the data with your other datasources.
Power BI Reports
However there are some ready made reports available that shell serve the standard Call Center needs.
These reports can be installed into your own PowerBI tenant using a BI Template App. Please contact Geomant for more details.
