    Bots are generally used to acquire data from the customers early on to either attempt to fulfill there requests automatically, or to provide more input to the routing mechanisms employed by the workflows.

    Bot Types

    Buzzeasy offers different types of bots, depending on the use case.

    Data Collection

    Buzzeasy provides built in 'data collector bots' to collect useful information that can be used for routing, customer identification, and/or to store for reporting.

    FAQ Bots

    FAQ bots use Microsoft technology to have customers build and train sophisticated question-and-answer bots that can help refine the routing process.

    Custom Bots

    These are custom software agents customers can create themselves or task Geomant to develop to integrate to custom backend services, or providers not yet supported by Buzzeasy natively, etc.
