About LOG files

The LOG file records events that occur with the Client.

You can download the Log file of a client in .txt format from our editor interface.

Right click on the device you wish to get information from and select the 'download screen log' option.

You can now select if you want to download the logcat and the system report too. These two options only apply to Android devices. If the two slideboxes are disabled only the Wallboard application logs will be downloaded.
