IVR Engine Prerequisites

The following hardware and software requirements must be met for the product to operate properly.

Hardware Requirements

Minimum Hardware Requirements

• Intel x64 CPU 2.0 GHz with 2x CPU processing units (2x physical CPU cores)
• 4 GB RAM
• 100 Mbit/sec network connection
• 120 GB hard disk space

Recommended Hardware Requirements

• Intel Xeon 3000 or higher capacity series CPU or equivalent x64 (4x physical CPU cores)
• 8 GB RAM
• 1 GBit/sec network connection
• 500 GB hard disk space

Software Requirements

General Requirements

• Microsoft Windows Server 2012 / 2012 R2 x64 / 2016 / 2019
• Microsoft SQL Server 2012 / 2014 / 2016 / 2017 / 2019 Express with Management Tools or higher (FileStream for Transact-SQL access is required to be enabled for the database)

• Microsoft Internet Information Services 7.5 or higher
• Microsoft Media Foundation (required for WMA support)
