The purpose of this document is to provide detailed and step-by-step information required to handle the IVR Designer and IVR Administration applications of Geomant's OnCall IVR solution.
Audience
This document maintains detailed information for contact centre administrators and IT support personnel responsible for:
- creating, modifying and publishing IVR flows,
- uploading and updating announcements,
- managing IVR trees
for the OnCall IVR software suite using the IVR Designer and IVR Engine Administration components.

- The OnCall IVR software bundle as IVR
- The OnCall IVR Administration website as the IVR Admin or IVR Administration
- The web service interface of the OnCall IVR Administration website as the IVRWS
