Prerequisites - Desktop Connect Unified Agent

Geomant Desktop Connect Unified Agent license is required for an appropriate operation of the application.

Please contact your Geomant relationship manager for additional information on acquiring and generating licenses.

The license could not be verified: License Certificate has expired!

The following software and hardware requirements are in demand:

Server Hardware

• Quad core Xeon 3 GHz processor with hyper-threading enabled
• 8 GB of RAM
• 100 GB HDD with at least a 7200 rpm rating
• One 100/1000 Base-T Ethernet controller that is full duplex (on-board Network Interface Cards (NICs))

Server Software

• Windows Server 2008 R2 x64
• Windows Server 2012 R2 x64
• Windows Server 2016 x64
• Java 1.8 or later
• Tomcat Apache 8.0

Agent Desktop Hardware

• Intel Core i3 or equivalent, at least
• 2GB RAM
• 100MB hard drive disk space
• One 100/1000 Base-T Ethernet controller that is full duplex (on-board Network Interface Cards (NICs))

Agent Desktop Software

  • Windows 8 - 32bit and 64bit,
  • Windows 8.1 - 32bit and 64bit,
  • Windows 10 - 32bit and 64bit
• IE 9+, Chrome 33+, Firefox 29+

Avaya Equipment/Software

• Proactive Contact version 4.1 or above
• AES version 4.2 or above
• Communication Manager version 5.2 or above

Avaya Licenses

• 1 Proactive Contact license for each outbound agent
• 1 Basic TSAPI license for each inbound agent
