The application is a windows client application, with the following hardware and software requirements

Hardware

• Atleast a Pentium 2Ghz Processor
• Minimum of 1GB RAM
• 100MB hard drive disk space
• One 100/1000 Base-T Ethernet controller that is full duplex (onboard Network Interface Cards (NICs)).

Software

• OS:
  • Microsoft Windows XP - 32bit and 64bit,
  • Windows 7 - 32bit and 64bit,
  • Windows 8 - 32bit and 64bit,
  • Windows 8.1 - 32bit and 64bit,
  • Windows 10 - 32bit and 64bit
• .NET Framework 2.0
• Supported Internet Browser:
  • Internet Explorer 8,
  • Internet Explorer 9,
  • Internet Explorer 10,
  • Internet Explorer 11
• Avaya TSAPI Client version 4 or above
• Avaya TSAPI Basic license for every Desktop Connect Express enabled user (concurrent license)
• Citrix environment is NOT supported, limited support for Microsoft Terminal Server
• Install & Configured PCAgent 4.x or 5.x for Outbound integration

Geomant Desktop Connect Central configuration

The central configuration is a tomcat based web application, with the following hardware and software requirements

Hardware

Any hardware that is able to run a Tomcat 5.5 + web server

Software

• Apache Tomcat 5.5 +
• Java runtime 1.5 or higher

Geomant Desktop Connect Outbound blend web service

The central configuration is a tomcat based web application, with the following hardware and software requirements
