24th May, 2020 between 20:00 and 23:00 UTC – Server side software updates on the CE2G server group

We are performing Contact Expert server side upgrades to version 7.1 HF 1. This update does not require the immediate, synchronized update of the agent side components. Version 7.0 of the agent components are compatible with the updated servers. However, we urge all affected customers to upgrade the agent components as soon as conveniently possible to stay up to date.
