    Contact Expert Agent Guide

    Purpose

    The purpose of this guide is to provide detailed information about working with Contact Expert from the perspective of contact centre agents.

    Audience

    This document is an end user's guide for agents using Contact Expert (CE) contact centre solution for Microsoft Skype for Business.

    We assume that you have a basic understanding of the Microsoft Skype for Business desktop client application, you are familiar with its features and functions and you are aware of the basics of call center functionality and terminology, as well.
