Overview
Operational maintenance is the persistent effort to keep Contact Expert in its nominal operational state. It involves administration staff performing proactive and reactive health checks and remedy actions when required.
Purpose
The purpose of this section is to highlight components that need surveillance and to list measures providing insight into system performance.

- An overview of the administration tasks that need to be undertaken proactively or in case of fault events
- Guides to using the system operational administration interfaces e.g. PowerShell cmdlets.
Audience
These pages are targeting system administrators having access to the CE administration interfaces (e.g. application servers, powershell cmdlets, CE portal, config files), as well as to all environmental systems – e.g. database, telephony, server hardware, network, etc.
