Contact Expert v7.3 for Skype for Business Server
Start Page
The start page is loaded upon logging in to CE portal. It provides a couple of functions:
- Displays a notes section and a list of active alarms.
- Provides the possibility to enter comments in the notes section and delete existing records.
- Displays the history of recent server updates.
Managing Notes
The user needs permissions to the User Notes resource to be able to work with notes.
- Use the New note section to place a new to-do or a reminder in text format.
- Click on the Add button.
Click the Delete icon if you wish to remove a note. The icon appears separately for each note.
Active Alarms
The start page shows the most recent active, not yet deleted, alarms. Clicking the Manage active alarms button loads the Maintenance → Alarms → Active Alarms form.
