    Contact Expert v7.1 for Skype for Business Server

    Start Page

    The start page is loaded upon logging in to CE portal. It provides a couple of functions:

    • Displays a notes section and a list of active alarms.
    • Provides the possibility to enter comments in the notes section and delete existing records.
    • Displays the history of recent server updates.

    Managing Notes

    The user needs permissions to the User Notes resource to be able to work with notes.

    1. Use the New note section to place a new to-do or a reminder in text format.
    2. Click on the Add button.

    Click the Delete icon if you wish to remove a note. The icon appears separately for each note.

    Active Alarms

    The start page shows the most recent active, not yet deleted, alarms. Clicking the Manage active alarms button loads the Maintenance → Alarms → Active Alarms form.
