Buzzeasy for Teams - Directory Setup and Teams user presence

Getting Access

Buzzeasy for Teams uses the Microsoft Graph API to be able to retrieve the list of Teams users and the presence of the users. This is used to provide transfer and conference functionality to non CC users e.g. back office.

In order to grant permissions for this, the tenant administrator will approve the following

Feature Permissions Type
To look for Teams contacts Users.ReadBasic.All Delegated
To check Teams user presence Presence.Read.All Delegated

The permissions will be requested upon first login to the Buzzeasy agent, and once the Tenant administrator approves the delegated permissions for Buzzeasy to connect to Microsoft Graph API with the delegated permissions, then all users will be able to accept the consent upon login.
